Shenyang Heavy Machinery &；； Mining Equipment Machining Co., Ltd is an integrated enterprise and made up of senior engineers, who worked in the forging designing office of Shenyang Heavy Machinery Group Co., Ltd before retirement. We mainly design and manufacture mechanical equipments for forging, steel rolling, power plant, metallurgy, mine, cement and man-made plate and so on.

At the same time, our company focuses on training some young designers, most of whom are master. All of them make a research group with reasonable age structure and excellent independent innovation capability. Our Company also cooperates with some domestic famous universities and we form together a research and development model with the integration of production, teaching and research. ；；；； There are two types of free forging presses, which are designed by ourselves: drive-up press and pull-down press. For the press frame we use the diagonal, twin-column, tie-rod and prestressed structure. The main machine is equipped with travelling table, sidled anvil table, translational anvils base, anvils exchange set and lift-and-turn unit, so that our press efficiency is improved.
；；；； The main pump of the hydraulic system in our press is the sinusoidal pump RX500 from Germany. According to the experiences in China and abroad, in opposition to valve control system, pump control hydraulic system with the sinusoidal pump saves energy ( pump control hydraulic system save 20%-30% electricity), has small vibration and no impact, needs little maintenance.
；；；； Our company also develops the twin-column press with key joint and all welded structure. The large scale productive practice shows that this press with low price has high stiffness. We have designed the presses with 8/12.5/16/20/25/30/45/50/60/70/80/100/120MN forging pressure. Many Types of presses are available for our customers.
For the electric control system of our press, Siemens CPU and DP Profibus Control are adopted. The free forging and linkage of press and manipulator can be realized. The forging precision of the 50MN press is 卤15mm. The fast forging frequency is 70 times every minute.
；；；； Now there are three free forging production lines, which are being installed and debugged. The 50MN drive-up free forging oil hydraulic press of Xingtai Delong Machinery &；； Mill Roll Co.,Ltd has gone into operation； The 50MN drive-up free forging oil hydraulic press of Chongqing Yuesheng Mechanical Roller Co.,Ltd has entered the state of installation and debugging. The main pumps of the hydraulic system in these two equipments are both the sinusoidal pump RX500 from Germany. Also, some nucleus equipments for another two high speed wire production lines are being manufactured, installed and debugged.
