At present, the company has three heavy forging workshops, in which the 4000T roll forging production line of automobile front axle has been put into operation. The production line adopts two 500 kW intermediate frequency furnace heating, GD-1000 type roll forging machine blank, 4000T press die forging, 1600T and 1000T press each for thermal correction and trimming£» another 1600T roll forging production line can forge the front part under 100KG. Shaft forging, the above two production lines can produce two hundred thousand kinds of automobile front axle blank every year.
The company has built a new forging production line of 10,000 tons press, which uses advanced technology such as roll forging preform and press final forging to produce high quality heavy front axle to meet the urgent needs of domestic and foreign markets.
At present, MP6300T hot die forging production line has been built and put into use. It produces various precision forgings such as steering knuckle, crankshaft and so on for Jinan Heavy Automobile, Ankai and other well-known domestic manufacturers. The company plans to build another 5000T, 4000T, 2500T three hot die forging production lines, using advanced technology to produce a variety of precision large and medium-sized die forgings.
The company has two semi-automatic heat treatment production lines and three automobile front axle processing production lines have been in normal operation, two automatic heat treatment production lines and a high precision and high efficiency machining production line are under construction.
