Equipment capacity:
Presently, the forging shop is equipped with large hydraulic machines (3600t and 2000t), CNC ring rolling machine（8000mm, 5000mm and 2500mm) and electrohydraulic hammers (4t and 8t) with a daily capacity of over 200t. *Natural gas furnace, 5500×6500mm and 7500×7500mm allfiber quenching furnace and tempering furnace, auxiliary 6500×7500mm and 10000×10000mm quenching tank are established for thermal treatment, which is a leading production line for thermal treatment and tempering at home and is capable of thermal treatment of such axial products as rollers whose diameter is less than 7000mm and axial products whose diameter is less than 900mm *The machining workshop is a 20000m2 plant where a multitude of large facilities are purchased jointly with such domestic famous enterprises as QIQIHAR HEAVY CNC EQUIPMENT CO.,LTD., EPIC Mining Machinery, WUHAN HEAVY DUTY MACHINE TOOL GROUP CORPORATION and SPARK MACHINE TOOLS CO., LTD.. Ordinary and CNC horizontal lathe can bear 80T to the maximum with a swing diameter of 2500mm—3500mm and a length of less than 22m; meanwhile, there are a dozen of 4m, 5m and 8m horizontal lathes and CNC horizontal lathe, and machining facilities with finish machining capacity such as 5m CNC straddle milling and drilling machine, floor type boring and milling machine, CNC plano-boring and milling machine and gun drilling machine matched with forging and thermal treatment processes.
