China Coal Zhangjiakou Coal Mining Machinery Co., Ltd., located in
industrial areas forging factory China Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province, 180
kilometers west of Beijing, adjacent to Beijing-Baotou railway, the Zhangjiakou-Shijiazhuang
Expressway, Beijing-Tibet Expressway and 110,207 National Road. The total
investment of 200 million yuan, a total of 209 workers, technicians 19 people,
technical staff of 18 people, three senior engineer. Covers an area of 28,322
square meters, north and south arranged five-span, a total of five all using
induction heating forging production lines, three free forging production lines
and cutting equipment. The main forging equipment: Germany LACSO 400KJ CNC
hydraulic counterblow hammer, 125KJ, 80KJ CNC electro-hydraulic hammer,
domestic 80KJ, 25KJ hydraulic CNC electro-hydraulic hammer； domestic 350KJ,
175KJ and 30KJ free forging electro-hydraulic hammer. Trenching equipment ∮650, ∮500, ∮400, ∮250
type with Saw 13 units and intermediate frequency furnace, gas furnace, crane
and other equipment. Forging products are mainly used in mining machinery,
engineering, automobile, petroleum, electricity, railways, building materials
and other industries. Development and production of forging scrapers, beams,
pin rails, dumbbells, coupling ring, vertical ring, bearings, U-bolts, E-bolts,
a total of more than 500 species, a single weight range 0.5-200Kg dimensional
tolerance ± 0.35mm less； forgings sprocket, gear shafts, bushings, etc., within
five tons unit weight. Factory annual production capacity of 20,000 tons, to
meet a variety of high-tech forging and free forging production requirements,
with strong market competitiveness.
