Jiangxi Jiang Duan Heavy Industry Co.,Ltd.,formly put into operation in January 1969 which is the state-owned military enterprise namedJiangxiforging plant.Now we have nearly 50-year history.The decades of vicissitudes lead us accumulated a heavy culture foundation and enjoy a wide reputation in the field.

Today we have developed into a private enterprise with five large-scale production plants which the covering area is 104,000m2 and building area is 60000m2,the employees and technical staffs are more than 300.We have more than 30 sets of forging equipments including the 6300T,4000Tand 2500T forging press introduced from Russia,and home-made forging press 2500T,1600T,1000T,630T.Also have more than 100 sets of mold manufacturing and processing equipments such as CNC milling machines and maching centers etc.We are capable to independently design and manufacture various types of automobile production such as knuckles,engine crankshaft and forging parts such as engineering machinery,petroleum machinery,mining machinery.

Among them,the qulality and the complexity of the car steering knuckles,engine crankshaft forgings are in the leading level of domestic forging fild.We are the major supplier of JMC,SG Automotive Group,Zhejiang £»£»£»£»£»Wanxiang Group,GALG,BAIC,Shanghai SK,Shenyang Bridgestone Co.,Ltd.,and JAC,and had establish good strategic partership with a number of enterprises.

As a high-tech enterprise in China,we commited to technological innovation and now we have four national invention patents.The projects developed by our company named'stengthening cooling technology and product development for non-quenched and tempered forgings'has passed the appraisal of the science and Technology Department of Jiangxi Provincial .'The device of strengthening cooling for non-quenched and tempered forgings'won the natioal utility model patents.We have get ISO/TS16949:2009 quality system certification.Over the years,we get lots of encouragement and support from the society.

In the coming years,in order to further expand the market,we will purchase 8000T and 12500T forging press from Russia to reach the annual production of 80,000T forging parts,and complete the annual sales income of 1.62 billion.
