Jiangsu Toptek machinery technology Co.,Ltd is a company with more than 20 years¡¯ experience in manufacturing die forging machine and die forging piece. The company masters  many key technologies such as independent research and development of large hydraulic die forging machine, design and development of mould, material science and heat treatment and our technical team includes several doctors and many senior engineers with more than 20 years¡¯ working experience.

Toptek is located on Keji Avenue, Jiangyan economic development zone, Taizhou city and involves an investment of 50 million. The newly built factory went into operation in early 2015 and its annual production capacity can reach 15,000 tons. The company is equipped with nearly 60 sets of machines of various kinds which include 3,000T, 5000T and 10,000T large and high precision hydraulic die forging machines, multi-stage hydraulic die forging machine, heating furnace, heat treatment furnace, mould processing equipment, CNC machining equipment and shot blasting machines. At the same time we also have advanced physical and chemical testing equipment such as cupping machine, impact testing machine, spectrograph and trilinear coordinates measuring instrument.

Weight of die forging pieces we produced range from 1kg to 100kg and tolerance of high precision product can be controlled within 0.05mm. draft angle can be nearly zero degree. The high precision die forging pieces we produced for many fields do not require finish machining and this lowers their cost greatly.    

  The company is certificated by ISO9001 Quality Management System and based on the many years¡¯ management experience of producing die forging pieces we apply EPR to our whole production line and what makes us special is our unique site supervision system which enable our clients to witness every single detail of their products through information and pictures we provide without appointing any representative to supervise the production.
