Shantui Co., Ltd. Forging Arts Branch Company, built in June 3 2006, located in Jining, Shandong, China, is mainly manufacturing forgings for construction machinery.  The company, 38,100 s.q.m and fixed assets of 80 million RMB, has 89 employees and turns out yearly 2.3 million tractor links that are 13,000 ton.

 

The company has forging production line of 2500 ton and 4000 ton.  The 4000 line, full automatic, was imported from EUMCO Germany in 1980s.  As for dies, the company has processing equipments such as electric discharge machine, lining cutting, CNC milling, and inspection equipment of tensile testing machine, impact test machine and three coordinates measuring machine.  The material and dies are been monitoring through the whole procedure.
