The forging plant Of First Tractor CompanyLimited is an extra-large specialized works founded in 1955. It is the standing & direcfing unit of China Forging & Press Association and the directing unit of Henan Forging Association.

It has been passing QS-9000:1998 and ISO9001:2000 quality control system since the year Of 2003. It passes the ISO/TS 16949:2002 by Germany TUV CERT certification authority in early 2006.

It has 1200 employees with 117 engineers and technicians. Its fixed asset is around 200.78 millions RMB and the production area occupies 108670 square meters. The annual output is more than 35000 tons Of 800 varieties.

With complete equipments, it has three large-size(crankshaft) forging production lines and one small size crankshaft production line. It has the series forging hammers ranging from 1 ton to 16 tons. It has been setting up an advanced vertical carried type Q&T heattreatment line. A newly purchased 125MN hot press production line will be put into use in near future. Bessides that, the forging plant has not only the Germany grinder and Austria crankshaft miller but also the CNC lathes and the CNC combined drillers.

It has several of quality inspection instruments and equipments to guarantee the quality. UP to now it has been setting up the business relationship with more than 30 domestic companies. It can provide wide ranges of products that weights from 0.1kg-270kg used in the automotive industry, agricultural industry etc. Recent years, a series of forged crankshafts have been developed with the technology of large-size complex crankshaft from abroad. Specially, the manufactory technology of the large-size complex crankshaft is up to the advanced level in China. Parts of the finished forgings have been exported to the United States, European Union, Japan and Southeast Asia.

It has strong research and development capacity with its continual efforts in introducing and absorbing the advanced technology from both at home and abroad. The CAD/CAM/CAE have been widely used in the domain of technical process and dies designing.
