Wuxi Flange Forging Co., Ltd was founded in 1984 and was transformed from Wuxi Flange Forging Factory in 2006..It is one of the earliest and largest specialized flange-manufacturers in China. It is also a member unit of the resource market of repair parts and fittings of Chinese petroleum and chemical industry. It covers an area of 36899m2, of which 13646m2 are floor areas. Now there are over 280 working staff, engineers and technicians account for 10%. It owns a fixed asset of over 45 million Yuan.

The company manufactures forging flanges and various forgings for pressure vessels according to international and national standards (ASME, ASNI, DIN, GB, JB/T, SH, HG, DG, etc.) with various materials (carbon steel, alloy steel, low-temperature steel, stainless steel, etc.). The company owns all kinds of equipments. Now it has four sets of forging equipments, one of which is 3000-ton forging machine, one is 3500mm numerical ring roll, two are 1-tonair hammers. There are 5 gas generators for forge heating, 5 industrial resistance furnaces for heat treatment and more than 80 metal processing equipments among which there are two Standing Lathes, and their processing diameter can reach 4m. It has an annual production capacity of 20000 tons of high-pressure flange and various forgings for pressure vessels. The maximum pressure of manufactured flange may reach 2500Lb, the maximum diameter may reach 4 meters and the maximum weight of unit can reach 10 tons.

The company owns relatively perfect physical and chemical facilities. It has a quality control team with strong technical force. There is a complete set of testing means and quality management system form raw materials to finished products to guarantee the product quality. In 1997, it got the certificate for measurement assurance issued by the Bureau of Technical Supervision of Jiangsu Province. In March 1998, it got the ISO9002 quality system certificate of conformity issued by Shanghai Audit Center of Quality System.
