CMIPC open-die, rolled ring and closed-die forging capabilities are extensive. They include a 7,000 ton hydraulic open-die hydraulic press and a 9,000 mm ring roller. Forgings from 5 lbs to 80,000 lbs and made from carbon, alloy, stainless, tool steel, aluminum and nickel are available. Additional ferrous and non-ferrous materials are also available upon request. Shapes that are available include bars (round, square, flat or hex), blanks, hollows, hubs, rings and step shafts.
