Yongji Electric Forging Co., Ltd., one of membership of Confederation of Chinese Metalformging Industry (CCMI), is involved in manufacturing of various forgings, forging dies, nonstandard equipments.
The company is able to produce 6000 ton forgings and heat-treat (quench) 2000 ton per year with seven unit forging equipments of electric-hydraulic hammers (5 ton, 0.75 ton, 1 ton, 3 ton), 3.15 ton die forging hammer, 300 ton friction press etc., and 2 240kw pit quenching furnaces, a 180kw CNC pit furnace, SH-400 fully automatic band saw. Equipped with metallurgical analysis, material chemical analysis, forging mechanical performance inspection, CAD/CAE of forgings and dies, the company has strong manufacturing ability from medium sized axles to ring, pan, sleeve forgings.
