Liaoning Petrol-chemical Installation Co, Ltd. Spinning Machine Manufacture Factory has been cooperating with college and adopting advanced technology to research large head-spinning machine since it was founded in 1980. And finally in December 1990, it accomplished the first large head-cold-spinning machine of 5.2m diameter in China.
