Nanjing Puzhen High-speed Railway Vehicle Forging Co., Ltd. is a forging branch company of CSR Nanjing. It professionally produces all kinds of fittings of railway locomotive such as wrought steel parts and springs. The corporation has modern test technology, and the products strictly meet the standard of Railway Ministry. It produces kinds of wrought steel parts, springs, relieving springs, bearing blanks for ordinary passenger train and speed-up passenger train. Additionally, it also makes some forgings for urban railway train.
The corporation has strong ability on research and development. It massively produced springs of 鈥淶huan 8A鈥?and 鈥淶huan 8G鈥?for railway freight cars, imported ND5 springs of railway locomotive & rolling stock and springs of military car. It developed a large hook wholly-forging and sewage disposal machine for Nanjing Forestry University, spiral shock absorbing springs for labs in Nanjing University, and fittings of hydraulic hammer etc.
The bearing blanks made for passenger train were heated by induction, and forged by 1300T multi-position press imported from Japan. It can produce all kinds of bearing blanks, gear rings and other ring parts which are below 450mm.
In 1998 and 2001, in the live-sampling inspection of Transport Administration Bureau of Ministry of Railway, the springs once passed the million times of fatigue test made in SIfang Vehicle Institute and Qishuyan Process Institute. In October 2006, the journal box spring of 60Si2Cr passed the two million times of fatigue test made in Qishuyan Process Institute.
