Longhu Forging Co.,Ltd comprises Zhejiang Longhu Forging Co.,Ltd and Ruian Longhu Forging Co.,Ltd, with the area of 41000M2 and 9600M2, respectively. Longhu is an enterprise making roughcasts, semi-finished products and finished products of important parts for automobile chassis and engine. The dominant products of Longhu are hundrends of die and forging quality products, including connecting rod, rocker arm, ball shell, pull rod, hanging body, door hinge, steering knuckle, semi-shaft flange, gimbal yoke, weld yoke and slide yoke. Our products are adopted by renowed domestic and interational automobile part manufactures, and exported to Germany, South Corea, USA, Colombia, Singapore, and Taiwai. Longhu has been appraised as Outstanding Provider for several times by customers. Longhu has nine forging product lines for 300T, 400T, 630T and 1000T with annual production value of 70 million RMB, and advanced checking and testing facilities. We apply Pro-E and CAD/CAM widely to product design, die design and manufacturing, and consequently have strong abilities to develop new products and improve rapidly the quality of products to meet the requirement from custormers. We have intermediate frequency heater with the functions of automatic temperature control, separation and counting to support forging. Longhu produces high quality products. Longhu has first-class technique and administration staff, conscientious employees, and a complete quality warrant system. We passed the ISO9002 and QS9000 quality system authentications in 2000 and 2004, respectively, and plan to pass the TS16949 quality system before the end of 2006.
