Established in 2000, Jinhui Forging is a private enterprise specializing in precision forging. It locates in Zaozhuang High-tech Zone, Shandong province, China. It鈥檚 nearby Jingfu Subway and Jinghu Railway, and about 200 km far away from Qingdao Port, so it鈥檚 very convenient in traffic.
As a new company, we have a very high starting point, both in hardware and software. We have invested more than RMB120 million yuan to equip the superior machines, which include two forging machines: HATEBUR AMP50XL and AMP30S (imported from Hatebur in Switzerland), a set of Continuous Roller Hearth Annealing Furnace with Protective Gas produced by AICHELIN Beijing, and two intermediated frequency induction heaters imported from SMS in Germany. The other matching equipments include: cold rolling machines銆乻hot blasting machines and normalizing furnace, etc.
For more important, we have a very experienced and professional team. There are more than 20 engineers in our company, and most of them have already been working in the line for at least 5 years. Our workers are also well trained and very skilled.
Furthermore, we also have a creative and experienced tooling design team and a well-equipped tooling workshop, which assure us of the ability to design and develop the optimal toolings according to the customers鈥?demands and the characteristics of the products.
We also attach importance to the quality and management. Till now, we have passed the authorization and audit of ISO9001 and ISO14001 Quality System. We have passed the audit of TS16949 Quality System by BSI, and will get the certificate in late October, 2007.

Presently, we have developed more than 160 kinds of precision forging products, including bearing rings, gear parts for cars and motorcycles, brakes, clutches, screw couplings, flanges, hubs, etc. Our yearly production capacity can reach up to 50 million sets. In such a short period of only 2 years from being established, we have already won the credit and recognition of our customers due to the high quality, reasonable price and superior services. Presently, our main customers include Yantai CMC, CJB and LYDS bearing. We have also been discussing cooperation with SKF and FAG now.
