Zhejiang Yandang Mountain Machine Tool Co., Ltd founded in 1987, is a company with 500 employees, which researches and manufactures band saw machines of sawing materials and stones, M42 series saw blades, blades for sawing diamond, hard alloy blades as well. The company sets up 7 workshops, they are saw accessories producing workshop, I large and 1 small assembly workshops, plate metal workshop, painting workshop, electric workshop and saw blade producing workshop. The general company with casting branch, grinding gear branch, welding branch and plate metals branch. At present there are 40 sales agents in domestic markets. Four main products: horizontal model, vertical model, and horizontal / vertical revolving models, more than 30 specifications and 90 styles. We also produce various kinds of non-standard special machines according to customers different needs. Our annual manufacturing capacity is over 4000 units saws and 3 million meters saw blades.
The company has got five national patents and the key technologies are applied to prevent saw blades from teeth stripping, blade breaking, doubling raises the blades service life, make the blades consuming cost under RMB10.00/m2, and the cutting efficiency is 140cm2/min (45# steel) its two times more than international standard.
The invention of soft sawing-cutting has been greatly supported and popularized by Economy and Trade Committee, Technology Committee, Machinery Industry Ministry. In 1993, it has been chosen as national key point new production and its technology level has got international advance. In 1996, it has been recognized and popularized by Technology Committee. In 1997, it has been chosen as Torch Plan by Technology Committee and been checked an accepted successfully in September 1999. In 1998, it has been commented as energy saving production by Machinery Industry Ministry. On September 20, 1995, it challenged the world through China Machinery & Electric Diary and no one has called back in 10 years. CCTV, China Machinery &Electric Diary honored it Sawing Blade King. From 2001, it has got CE of ISO9001 International Quality Administrative System Certificate and CERTIFICATE OF CONFORMITY OF MACHINERY SAFETY. From 2001 to 2008, it has got successfully checked by National Machine Tool Researching Institute and chosen as good quality production by Technology Supervising Bureau.
