The company possesses various production lines like a high-energy screw press with a capacity of 2500 tons, an 80 KJ electric hydraulic forging hammer, die forging hammers from 1 ton to 16 tons, free forging hammer from 1 ton to 5 tons and horizontal forging machines from 160 tons to 2000 tons, etc.

Being built up recently, an automatic precision forging production line of which main machine is introduced from Germany is of an international advanced level and, for the time being, is the most advanced forging production line. The main machine is a direct driving screw press with a capacity of 16000 tons. The production line is capable of producing heavy-duty trucks crankshafts and front axles up to 300,000 pieces annually.

Se, me advanced facilities like the CNC machine center, the numerical control milling machine, the numerical control precision electric spark forming machine and the numerical control wire cutting machine, etc. are available to the die-making workshop of the company, in where various types and size of dies can be produced.

In the heat treatment workshop of the company, there are several heat treatment production lines by which the processes of normalization, quenching & tempering and ageing for the forging parts and heat treatment for forging dies can be done.

Shot-blasting facilities are available to the surface-cleaning workshop of the company for cleaning the surfaces of forging parts. The surface and interior quality of forging parts can be inspected by means of fluorescent magnetic powder flaw detection and ultrasonic flaw detection.
