Nanjing Develop Commercial & Industrial Co. Ltd. is an enterprise manufacturing hammer-forged products. It is located in the Yanjiang Industrial Development Zone in Nanjing with geographically advantageous position and convenient communication.
The enterprise occupies a land area of 33000 square meters, containing 10000 square meters for the production workshop. It has workshops for forging, machining and heat treatment. The forging workshop is equipped eight free hammers, including three 5t electric-hydraulic hammer, one 3t electric-hydraulic hammer, one 1t and one 750kg air hammer. Each hammer is equipped with forging manipulator and material feeding/discharging robot. All of these make Develop to be a large enterprise with high free forging capacity. It can produce either hammer-forged parts or forged parts by using rotary body die. The materials for forging involve carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, double-phase steel and etc. Develop is good at forging parts made of nonferrous metal such as titanium, aluminum, copper and their alloy with annual production of various kinds of forgings 30000t. The machining workshop is equipped with dozens of machinery processing equipments carries on the processing work for related forgings. The Heat treatment workshop is equipped with eight 褎2000脳2000 heat-treatment furnaces. The annual heat treatment capacity is 20000t.
Recently, the company鈥檚 main products contain petroleum machinery well head products like casing head, tubing head , cross body and so on API 6A standard 75K forging parts. Its products can also be used for chemical machinery, metallurgic machinery, power machinery, shipbuilding, military industry etc.
