The company covers a land of 30000M3 and was invested RMB 150 million on the fristterm.At present,it has two workshops,one is 10000M3 for free-forging and the other is 8000M3 for machinery.The company has one 5000T oil hydraulic press,as 50T and 25T maching plus .Besides,it has 7 natural gas heating furnaces.

The hydraulic press free-forging is capable of producting forged shafts of the maximum weight of 45T and maximum length of 12M,as well as cake-shaped and ring-shaped pieces of the maximum diameter of 4M.The company enjoys an annual production capacity of 30000 tons of free-forging pieces of carbon steel,alloy steel and stainless steel.

The machinery workshop is equipped with 9 heavy-duty horizontal lathes for processing forging ,which can sharft iron with 40T on the maximum weight and 16M on the maximum length. And the One deep-hole,drilling&£»£»£»£»boring machine can processing deep hole of 12M on depth and 350MN on diameter.

To ensure the accuracy of the test data ,the mechanical property lab of the chemical and physical testing center is advanced equipped with fully-computerized 300KN electronic universal testing machine,600KN hydraulic universal testing macehine and automatic compression refrigerating Sample-sending,computerized impact-testing machine.

And the spectroscopic lab is equipped with spectrometer imported from German SPECTRO Insturments which is direct-reading ,it can analyse 23 kinds of elements.Such as C,SI,S.Mn.Cr.M,etc. at a time.

The metallopraphic lab is equipped with high power and low power testing equipment for the analysis of macrostructure and microstructure of metal.

The non-destructive testing lab is for non-destructive testing items as ultrasonic ,magneticparticle and pehatration tests.

Adopting high-grade steel ingots of from electric furnace smelting,outside-furnace refining and vacuum treatment ,the company specializes in producting hydraulic press free forging pieces of carbon steel. alloy steel, stainless steel, etc.
