Max. diameter for ring forgings is 桅3200mm； Max. diameter for disc forgings is 桅3000mm； Max. unit weight for shaft forgings is 30t.
Jiangsu Ruisheng Heavy Industry Machinery Co., Ltd. is under planning and construction. Main steel making equipment, 100t refining furnace； main forging equipment, 150MN open-die hydraulic forging press and matching 250t, 750t.m rail-bound forging manipulator； main rolling equipment, 桅9m脳3.5m heavy precision ring rolling mill will be integrated and equipped into this new plant. The updated science and technology of steel making, forging, heat treatment will be introduced from U.S. and U.K.. The new heavy industry plant will have superior capability on steel making, casting,forging, heat treatment and machining.
