The first large-tonnage 600T.M manipulator self-designed and developed by QHEM to be delivered

Commissioned by a large nuclear power equipment factory in last December, Qingdao Huadong Engineering Machinery Co.,LTD (QHEM) designed and manufactured a 600T.M manipulator. It says, this equipment is about to deliver and put into production.

This manipulator has totally independent property rights, can reach 600 T. M of clamping force. The distance from clamp center to the working mesa can reach 5200mm of the highest level height, horizontal movements itinerary can reach 3200mm, clamp head rotation control positioning accuracy of �? degrees, the machine walking control positioning accuracy of �?mm, reached the international advanced level.

As implementation of the design production capacity, the enterprise will be formed to mainly nuclear power station, with materials of large and medium-sized valve castings and forgings, pressure vessel forgings and other key equipment as the main part, the conventional island of steam turbine castings and forgings, sea water circulation pump impeller for auxiliary products of mass production of complete sets production ability,  and become the manufacturing base of the international advanced nuclear power plant equipment and supporting materials.
