2. BRIEF INTRODUCTION
CFF-Conference is the most authoritative international conference and exclusive forging meeting taken annually in China. CFF-Conference which has become a perfect platform for forging and interrelated industry to establish relation, exchange experience and seek cooperation has attracted the attention and participation of the global manufacturer. Every time, more than 500 delegates from China, USA, Germany, France, Japan, Russia and South Korea will participate in this conference. Most of the delegates are leaders, experts and technologists in this field.
In the meeting, presentations and forum act as the essential element in which the new technologies, new products, supplementary materials and the most important and current issues affecting the whole forging industry are discussed by many famous corporations.
3. PRESENTATIONS：
PRESENTATIONS
For the enterprise, this conference is a perfect platform not only to exchange the experience but also to propagandize their products, technology and corporation culture. Thus, it will be beneficial to company to make a presentation in this conference. After being authorized by the organizer, the applicant can make a speech at the conference. To provide a targeted platform to participants, there are 2 forums divided into forging forum and open die forging forum hold at the same time. The applicant can select one forum according to the needs. The detailed requirements are as follows:
The time of presentation: Aug. 25, 2011.
Forums: Forging forum and Open die forging forum.
Presentation Fee: USD 1800 for per 30 Minutes.
Notes:
1. As the presentation is limited, company who wants to make a presentation must to apply for with an abstract of paper at Microsoft Word format by Email before April 30, 2011.
2. After being authorized by the technical committee and with one speaker registered, the applicant can make a speech at the conference.
3. If your presentation application is accepted, please send the proposed paper at Microsoft Word format before June 30, 2011 to be published in PAPERS PROCEEDING free of charge, and the PPT format to be used on the spot to technical committee before August. 1st, 2011.
4. The sequence of the speech will be determined by the registration order.
5. Only the computer, projector with screen, laser pointer and microphone system will be provided. If you also need other equipments, please contact the Organizing Secretariat when you register.
6. The official language is Chinese. It is best way that you arrange an interpreter while you need other language. On the request, CCMI could help you to find a translator, but the expense must be borne by applicant.
7. There will be no refund after remittance.
8. Organizing Secretariat guarantee that, without your permission, presentation will not be spread for other use.
4. CALL FOR PAPERS:
In order to strengthen the technological exchange, organizing committee will collect papers from enterprises or individual. Experts will be organized to assess articles submitted by companies. The paper chosen will be published in the

REQUEST:
1. It is very important that papers have an innovative, detailed and practical content.
2. The articles shouldn’t be published already.
3. Title and summary (ideally no more than 300 words) should be as concise and short as possible. Furthermore, the title and summary should be in English and Chinese synchronously. The main text (within 5000 words in Chinese or English) can include tables and figures (illustrations, line drawings and photos).
4. Page size acceptable is A4 (210 x 297 mm). Margins: 20 mm both at the top, bottom and each sides. The font should be Arial, and the requested type sizes are as follows:
• Title: 12 point in CAPITAL and bold face.

• Abstract and main text: 10 point.
5. Please offer the authors’ name and affiliation (including company, position, address, phone, fax and Email).
6. The papers should be submitted at Microsoft Word format by Email.
7. Please label “CFF’11-Papers” when you submit the paper by Email.
8. The deadline of papers must be observed strictly.
