The Successful Commissioning of the World's First Reconstructive 10T Pneumatic Hammer

On November 20th, 2009, the world’s first reconstructive 10T pneumatic hammer made by Haian Baixie Forging Hammer Co., Ltd has been commissioned successfully in Jinan Liande Heavy Industry.
After converting the 10T pneumatic hammer into CTK 250kJ CNC Fully Hydraulic Die Forging Hammer, it possesses advantages of traditional hammer''''s flexibility and fast forming. It can realize automatic controlling of striking energy and diagnosing & displaying of malfunction through modern controlling technology, such as on-line sensor, numerical display and intelligent monitor. Other more it can realize running with features of high efficiency, energy saving and high reliability.
The large die forging hammer will realize full-automatic production by this new technology. For now, Haian Baixie is running the projects are the reconstruction of 16 ton pneumatic hammer as well manufacture of 400kj (16 ton) CNC hydraulic counterblow hammer which is the largest one in the world.
