R&D of Full-Automation Flexible Stamping Production Line of JIER

On September 2nd, 2009, the project which was taken on by JIER Machine-Tool Group, R&D of Full-automation flexible stamping production line, has passed national acceptance. This production line is delivered to Qingdao Branch of SGMW. It applies a series of international advanced technologies such as driven technology of heavy ton and long journey linkage, Multi-point unloading technology for press, automatic die changing technology, etc. The production line possesses a few notable characters of flexible, high efficiency and intelligent and produces 12 car panels per minute. The manufacture precision of press has increased by 20% compared with national standard. It has achieved full automation during production process.A
