According to the market demand, Heilongjiang Huaan Forging Equipment Co., Ltd threw in massive manpower to research and develop a 20t close-die hydra-pneumatic forging hammer which is a ideal machine for making large size forgings. After design evaluation in early 2008, it was put into manufacture and installed successfully at the site in second half year of 2009; after appraise, regulation and production at the beginning of 2010,it will be a dazzling nova in China forging industry. As a premise and foundation to develop large tonnage hammer, hydraulic valve can realize instantaneous oil supply and release of hydraulic system and improve using performance of large tonnage hammer. At present, A, B and C three series of hydraulic valves are adopted to satisfy the requirement for difference hammer.
