Chinese New Year Holiday

Lunar New Year (Spring Festival) is the most important festival in Chinese Traditional Calendar.  It means the new year is coming.  The celebrating period is around half a month because the Jan 15th of Chinese traditional calendar is festival of lanterns, which marks the Spring Festival is over.

For the Spring Festival, the Chinese goverment set a holiday period of 7 days in which there are three holidays and four days of weekend.  At this time, the holiday is from Feb. 18th to 24th 2007.

CCMI will start holiday from Feb. 17th and get back to work on Feb 25th 2007.
