The screw-press is one of main equipments in forging industry.
The screw-press has characteristics of largely omnipotent capability, simple structure, simple adjustment and maintenance, slide block without low dead point, easy and simple design of die assembly and high precision of forgings. It is suitable for all working procedure of finish forging, finishing operation, fine press, stamp work, calibration, leveling etc.
The friction presses (belong to the one of screw-press) produced by our company has had more than thirty years history. . Its products has become series, full size, advanced design, reliable performance, low energy consumption and has accepted deeply to welcome by the mass of users.
The frame body of this press is monoblock cast and its rigidity is good and beat power can be adjusted. This press can be used easily and can save energy.
The working principle of the friction press is: Through one stage belt drive, the motor drives the left and right friction disks to rotate and alternately make them tightly press the flywheel flanging with friction washer. The flywheel is connected and fixed with screw rod. Through helical sport of the screw rod, the nut with slide block is moved up and down and the hammer forging and backhaul is realized.
In recent two years, our company has also developed and exploited the high energy clutch screw press. This high energy screw press gathers excellences and functions of hammer forging press, common screw-press, hydraulic press, crank press, hot die forging press etc. into one body.
The high energy clutch screw-press is made up of framework, slide block, screw drive, clutch, flywheel,backhaul of slide block, bottom knockout, flywheel brake, drive, hydraulic station and electric elements.
The working principle of the high energy clutch screw-press is: Through V-type belt, motor drives flywheel placed horizontally above framework to rotate continuously in one direction. When working, the flywheel and screw rod are connected by hydraulic clutch. Rotation of screw rod changes the moving down sport of slide block with nut, namely the hammer forging is realized. When finished working, the clutch comes away, the flywheel is separated with the screw rod, the flywheel rotates continuously and the slide block is returned the upper start point under the action of individual hydraulic backhaul system , that is, a working period is finished.
This working principle can make size of the flywheel much larger than that of common screw-press and energy resuming of the flywheel is also rapid, so the beat energy of the flywheel is much more than that of common screw-press. The motor required is small and electricity saving is notable too.
The high energy clutch screw-press adopts hydraulic clutch. It can adjust the oil pressure passed the cylinder, can adjust the torque reached to drive screw rod and can also act as the safety and protection.
The slide block upward guiding and drive gear of this press adopts compactly close structure, so the press has a nice rigidity, a better antidumping capability and is suitable for forging of multiple impression die and forging of non-symmetrical parts.
