CZ steam-air flat-die hammer is widely used for free forging of carbon steel and alloy. The machine is made up of hammer body, cylinder part, falling part, anvil part, control part, lubricating part and base part.
The products in our factory has three series : single arm type----CZ-D, arch type----CZ-G, bridge type----CZ-Q
Main feature:The cylinder jacket inside of cylinder is made by wear-resistant alloy cast-iron, so its using life is long and after wear its replacement is easy too. The hammer handle is made by high-strength quality alloyed steel and advanced technological method and has a longer life. The anvil is integral heavy steel-casting. The anvil weight of arch type and bridge type of flat-die hammer is about 18---20 times of that of falling part. It can reduce shock amplitude of anvil and enhance beating efficiency. The hammer body is made from high quality steel-casting and has a much longer using life.
The hammer body of CZ-D flat-die hammer adopts C type single arm structure. The most peculiarity is that operator can approach lower anvil from three side while working, so the operation and measurement of forged piece is very easy. The steam cylinder is made by high quality steel-casting instead of iron-casting and has a long using life.
The hammer body part of CZ-Q flat-die hammer is made up of left bracket, right bracket, crossbeam, left upright post and right upright post etc. The operation is very convenient because of large distance between upright posts.
In conclusion, CZ flat-die hammer is a free forging equipment which has simple structure, convenient operation and maintenance and strong commonality. It is widely used to automobile, tractor, aviation, metallurgy industry and other industry department.
Our factory is one of main factories which produce every kind of forge hammer and has already produced more than a thousand sets of flat-die hammer. The products spread all over the country and have exported to eight countries like Romania, Korea etc. and have received to welcome by users inside and outside of the country.
