The hydraulic briquetting machine produced by our company mainly includes three products below:
1. Diamond briquetting machine（YYG）
Diamond is a special material which has many of excellent physical capabilities, so it is an important material which can not be absent in modern industry, national defence industry and science technique. But producing this kind of important material need the key equipment of YYG hydraulic diamond briquetting machine.
The framework of the YYG seriesmachine has several kinds of prestressed steel wire wrapped type, combined frame type and four post pull-down type etc.
The wrapped type framework has excellences of compact structure, small volume, light weight, big tonnage, small table-board etc. It is the direction for us to develop this hydraulic briquetting machine.
For the machine which has combined frame type or four post pull-down type of framework, the rigidity is good and table-board is big. The working pressure of liquid can be reduced, so the trouble for leakage of hydraulic element and matching manufacture can be reduced.
The control system adopts reciprocating supercharger to increase the working pressure of liquid unit (Details see the technical parameter table). This series of machine is also equipped with stroke indicator and every 1mm stroke can be indicated by scale dial.
2. Naphthalene briquetting machine (YYN)
YYN1000 naphthalene briquetting machine is a special equipment which can press the liquid state naphthalene into naphthalene cake.
This equipment is made up of framework, body, mixer, feeder, rotary cylinder, filter, oil tank and power part.
The YYN1000 naphthalene briquetting machine preheats the naphthalene oil through the mixer, then filtrates the naphthalene oil through the filter, after compressing, the pure naphthalene cake can be obtained. This equipment has been used by AnShan Carbonize factory.
3. Metal powder press（YYF）
YYF2000 hydraulic metal powder press is suitable for pressing form of many powder products. It can process powder of iron base, copper base, tungsten, molybdenum, titanium and ferrite magnetic material, powder of metal which has very strong activation such as zirconium powder and powder of alloy. Cooperating with different kinds of dies, it can carry out dry type or wet type of pressing for different shape of powder parts and can also press alloy powder of terribly strong activation (dispersion phase) under 10-2 degree of vacuum.
This equipment has a structure of prestresscasting–welding combined frame type and is driven directly by superpressure oil pump. It has peculiarity of large nominal force, small table-board (easy operation) and high precision. For each time of pressing the slide block, the repeated position precision is inspected with digital display grating rule and controled by microprocessor. It has two kinds of control form: manual and automatic operation, and also has functions of pressure indication, pressure keeping time indication, recording and printing etc. The body part is made up of five parts of upper beam, lower beam, left column, right column and pull bar. The structure adopts basically welding structure, so the structure is more compact, the working table can knockout and can be moved through driving of gear shaft. The lighting device is fitted inside of working height. The slide block which does not work should be locked to avoid sliding down.
