The modernized science and technology is developed at very fast speed, and high and new technique is continuously introduced to current technical field. Some products with less process or without process, especially various of cases and cans are more popular year after year and the hydraulic ram press plays an important role in this field.
For example, from civil electric appliance and household electric appliance to electric appliance of national defence and war industry, from communications and transportation to petroleum and chemistry industry, especially, the nuclear power has important significance for our country and even for whole human. The hydraulic ram press is not only a main equipment which can press and manufacture the closure head of boiler, the vessel cylinder of petroleum and chemistry industry and the parts of nuclear power equipment, but also can complete the work of bending, correcting, forming, drawing, final finishing and impact cutting. Our company is an enterprise which is appointed by the Department of Machinery and Electricity to develop and produce the ram press. For many years, the science and technology personnel in our company, through painstakingly designing and carefully constructing, have produced various of hydraulic ram presses which have many sizes and different usage. At the same time, combining the peculiarity of single and small batch production of our company, we have also designed and manufactured other type of special ram presses.
A great number of employees of SHMG have wholehearted and warmhearted service spirit and SHMG has very good reputation among users. In the following part, different types of hydraulic ram presses produced by our company will be introduced .
1. YC-D hydraulic ram press:
Mainly used to make cold bend, straighten or hot press small and middle sized parts. Structure features: The press has a C type framework structure. It is made up of base, bracket, upper crossbeams, big pulling posts, small pullings post and nuts. The base, bracket, upper crossbeam are connected all together through two pieces of big pulling posts and two pieces of small pulling posts and nuts. Two vertical cylinders are fixed on the upper crossbeam and horizontal cylinder is fixed in the bracket. To prevent wrong moving between the base and the beam, the plane key is mounted between the crossbeam and the bracket. The operation system adopts a small handle that is a silicon-controlled electric appliance of control transformer. The use of the press is agile and convenient and is ideal machine for processing parts for petroleum and chemistry industries and automotive industry.
2. YCH hydraulic ram press:
This press is suitable to correct and bend steel plate under relatively big eccentricity and to straighten other section material. The press is made up of ten parts of main body, pipeline, enclosure of cover board, enclosure rail of base ladder, lubricating mechanism, tool, control console etc. The crossbeam and the base are connected together by using upright post and half-nut .It forms an integral frame and forms a closed bearing system. The movable beam is slid on the upright post through adjusting guide bush. Owing to the relatively big eccentricity, the press is equipped with stress protecting device for upright post and moving working table. The control adopts small handle used for silicon-controlled electric appliance of control transformer and its control is convenient and agile.
3. 2 YCH hydraulic ram press:
Mainly used to press closure head of boiler, outer shell of rolling stock and spacecraft engine, cylinder part of container for petroleum and chemistry industry. Its structure feature and composition are same as the YCH, but have their own’s particularity. For structure aspect, there are two type of 3 beam 4 post and pre-stress frame. According to the different usage, 3 beam 4 post type can also separate into two type of middle sliding block type and double deck beam type. This press mainly presses plate part and needs to setup edge pressing device. The edge pressing force can be make stepless regulation. Sometimes uncut edge is required to cut after pressing, so it also needs blanking device. On the base, there are single moving working table and knockout device. The control system is divided into two kind of oil and water control mode. Water control mode adopts a small handle, which is a silicon-controlled electric appliance of control transformer, and oil control mode adopts plug-in valve to control. The above-mentioned equipment can lighten labouring intensity, predigest technological process, reduce leakage loss, increase work efficiency and realize manual and program control, and are well accepted by users.
