Railbound Manipulator
Forging manipulator is the most important equipment for completing complex shapes and sizes forgings. High mobility, flexibility, and motion accuracy is crucial for the performance of a manipulator.

Oil-hydraulically driven
The ingots are accurately operated through advanced valve controls upon the request for forging processes.
The whole forging process completed by both forging press and manipulator(s) is controlled by one operator in the central cabin.
All components are easy to maintenance
The tongs are independently controlled for synchronously acting with press strokes; In a addition, the tongs quickly and accurately return to the central position by means of compensation function for horizontal position.
Service lifetime is considerably prolonged by the hydraulic hanging system, the rebounding function of tongs is more helpful for high strokes forging.
The combination of hydraulic motors and gears ensure fast and accurate traveling of carriage
Two manipulators are recommended for the forging working for long length bars and high output requirement, or for high alloyed materials which are with a narrow range of forging temperature, thus a quick whole-length forging process is achieved with an enhanced forging efficiency.
Integration of Forging Press and Manipulator(s)
SINOBERUN®; all hydraulic forging presses and railbound manipulators are hydraulically controlled through servo valves and proportional valves, to finally ensure smooth actions of each one mobile components, and return to the original position. The data of all equipment is exchanged through PLC, IPC, Ethernet network. Any one mode can be freely decided among Manual, Semi-automatic, Automatic upon the demand for the related forging process.
Forging process data is high-speed acquired, reserved and analyzed.
